Call these guys

http://e-partssales.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?

They are awesome with respect to part numbers and what fits what. They helped me a great deal when i was trying to fix my wheel carrier and didn't know if the part i had was the right part/ part number.

With respect to refinishing wish bones i have no idea. You can ask them as well.

The ball joints and bushings are not replaceable to my knowledge. If anyone has developed a method to do it please share.

The entire control arm must be replaced. I'd recommended doing both sides at at the same time. IIRC the mounting changed for MY02.

Ramo80 is right about Suncoast, they are good folks.

And WELCOME!

You might want to try Vertex Auto, http://www.****************************************.com. They offer a number of remanufactured suspension parts.
