CR220 - 4 (Loud) beeps than nothing...
 

Driving along, listening to my iPod (through the stereo outs on the CD Changer), when suddenly there were 4 very loud beeps (almost like an alarm going off) than nothing. No radio. Pushed the "On" button....nothing. When I got home, I turned the car and radio back on, it almost looks like the background light tries to come on the radio, but that is it....

Any ideas?

Sounds like the radio thinks the front face is down to allow access to the CD slot. Try opening the front cover then firmly snapping it back in place. If that doesn't work, maybe gently cleaning the contacts with an eraser and alcohol will do the trick.

Alcohol seemed to work!
 

Thanks Rob! I wiped off the contacts with an alcohol pad and it solved the issue.
