top on the 2001 Boxster is slightly faded, any ideas on how to rejuvenate.

You answered your own question; "RaggTopp" convertible top treatment.

Purchase the combo cleaner and preservation spray application and your top will look much better than untreated. Mine is seven years old and black in color. The treatment process revitalizes the canvas, darkens it and protects it against the elements (water beads just like wax).

You do not need to mask the car off when spraying. I used some towels jsut to cover some areas and if you overspray, it wipes right off.

Renovo sells a top reviver that can help bring the color back to certain color tops. But sometimes just cleaning and waterproofing the top will bring back some color. Also, try the Renovo waterproofer, it paints on so you don't need to worry about over spray and it goes on thicker. I use their waterproofer and would recommend them.

blacks not a color. sorry dont mean to be an ass I just have very few pet peevs and that happens to be one of them. Like blue in color. But black. Any way I did find your thread useful I'm going to look into that too. everyone else says don't put anything on it. My top is the dark blue (in color) a little iffy on what to use for that.
