Too late now, but here's the writeup on how to keep your drains clear BEFORE what just happened to you: http://mike.focke.googlepages.com/drainsdiagram

Now that it seems you have water in your alarm module under the seat, take a look at this thread below. Hope it helps. Long story short, if you don't keep your drains clear, rain water will end up finding its way to your alarm unit under the seat, and usually, that means a $2k replacement. Good luck.
