Loose AC Vents

My Boxster has some really loose AC vents, and in the desert heat it gets annoying when it's always pointing at your legs rather than your face. I want to tighten it up but I can't see how to do this without taking out the entire dashboard.

Is there a simple way to tighten what I'm assuming are bolts that hold the AC vents in place?
