not the TPMS

It's not the TPMS' fault. Some other Chrysler products use the same TPMS sensor/valve stem, but do not typically require so much balance weight. I can only assume that it's an issue with the wheel or tire on that particular car. What's odd is that the wheel pictured is a forged aluminum unit supplied by Alcoa. Forged wheels should be pretty consistent. Maybe it's the Goodyear tire.
