Third passenger in a Boxster

If you wanted to fit one more person in your boxster, try this.

Jeph 05-13-2009 07:55 PM

Ah hahahahahaa! Is that you ramo80 or a buddy? That's a funny photo.

It'd make a comical video to pull up to a club and see the valet open the side doors then the trunk.

Immortal1520 05-13-2009 09:39 PM

Hahaha! I don't think I'm going to look at my frunk without this picture popping up in my head.

ramo80 05-14-2009 04:41 AM

Thats actually one of my friends. There was three of us and we wanted to go some place and he was trying ton convince me that he can fit in my Frunk. He is 5'11" and he did!!! We even closed it. The cluster phobia kicked in within 5 seconds i'd say and he wanted out!

Your buddy definitely isn't as cute as LoveBunny :

I dont see a spare on that black 987 from LoveBunny's post, where is the spare on the 987's?

rick3000 05-14-2009 10:48 AM

987 don't have a spare they come with a can of that tire foam stuff.

gdalby 05-14-2009 11:10 AM

Not sure how I would feel about not having a spare on me, even though I have AAA I still think a person shouold have a spare with them...

Lordblood 05-16-2009 09:13 AM

Three of my friends wanted a short ride some time ago and tried to convince me to put one in the passenger seat, one in the trunk and one in the frunk.

Even though one of my friends was below 4'11", I still doubt she would have fit inside the back trunk :P.

Oh the joys of having a deep frunk.

Reminds me of going to the drive-in with a couple of buddies in the trunk of my '68 LeSabre. Could fit two people and a keg in the trunk of that thing.

Not bad.

I knew she worked with something involving the law; they all have that look to them;)

I remember in law school all the girls that filled the classroom...my friends in engineering were quite jealous of me :D

I've been wondering about that! Love the picture! Think I might squeeze one of my techs at shop in there for ride from SC to Arkansas this summer in case Boxster acts crazy!

dallison 03-10-2010 12:57 PM

lol, that's great. i was thinking about a bench seat.

al83s 03-10-2010 02:56 PM

I gave a ride home to a couple girls once (one was my GF), both went on the passenger seat.
Wish I had a picture of my expression when a police car pulled up next to us on the traffic light...or their expressions when i told them to duck. All went well though.

Johnny Danger 03-10-2010 03:33 PM

This technique use to work with my 914. :)

jcb986 03-10-2010 03:50 PM

Hey, how about trying a little bumping in that backseat. We would love to see those pics.
