Seatbelt Warning light and sound when seatbelt fastened!?
 

Hi there.

I recently purchased a 2007 Boxster S that has only 4000 kilometers on it.
While being extremely pleased with the power and handling I was annoyed to find out that the seat belt warning comes on every now and then when the seat belts are surely fastened, both when I have a passenger with me and also when I'm alone in the car that tells me that it is likely that the problem is on the drivers side?! Does anyone know what is going on here? Could it be some kind of a broken seat belt sensor?

Any advice from this great forum highly appreciated.
