Miracle on Page Mill Road?

Driving to work this morning I was stopped at a red light with traffic in front of me and behind. When the light went green, I waiting for the car in front of me to proceed, the Ford SUV behind me, did not wait and rear ended me. My 03 Box was in perfect shape before the hit. After we both pulled over, I could not see any damage to my car at all! At lunch today I took the car to my independent mechanic and after putting it on the lift, he could not find any damage either.

It sure felt like a jolt to me when I was hit, I can't belive that there is no damage. I am still going to take it to my insurance approved body shop for a check, but it looks like I dodged a bullet. I just can't belive that with the almost non existant bumper in the back (or front) that the car would come out fine.

Is there anything that I should triple check that may have been damaged from what I guess was a 1 mph hit? For now, Kudo's to Porsche for building a damn fine car!
