Error Code assistance

Hello all, as usual I'm sure I am posting in the wrong section so please feel free to move me around as needed. It seems as though today I am pulling an error code... 0430 I have found one place that tells me this is a Damaged catalytic converter issue?

Any suggestions recommendations?

My Bentley manual says its "above upper limit/rich mixture threshold on cylinder 4 - 6."

Unless you are a better mechanic than I you should take it to your dealer or good indie shop.
