Getting more headroom in a 986

What's the best way to sit lower in the 986?

I've seen various options. Is it Recaro Pole Positions? Gt3 seats? Removing the base padding?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

do you need your seat sliders? if not then you can mount seat direct to the floor - these guys have a variety of seat mounting options:

i recently installed a recaro profi with sliders and gained a couple of inches of head room. very much welcome!

bolting it to the floor adds a couple of more inches as well i guess if you're the only driver.

replacing your seats with thinner ones would give you a lot of extra room as the bottom pads are really thick
