How to switch from Kilometers to MPH?

Ok i know dumb question, but i accidently hit the left knob above my gauges because it was loose and it switched to KM and i cant get it back to MPH to save my life, i push the button in to the left and right and nothing, any help?

I think it has to do with one of those circular knobs that you have to press in. I know it's in the manual if you have it.

Ignition ON, turn the clock button to the left for about 5 sec.
