Spacers and Wheel Lugs?

Hi guys,
I am buying some Sport Classic IIs this weekend and have searched a couple of areas here concerning the spacers. Here is what I am buying

F- 225/40-18 7.5/50
R- 265/40-18 10/65

I think the fronts will be fine, but can anyone that is using these give me the exact rear spacer size. I am seeing post saying 15mm, and another saying 25mm. Also, where is a reasonable place to buy these? Will I also need the longer wheel lugs, and what size?

Thanks for being such a great help!

Here are the wheels.

I would validate the offsets to make sure prior, but my setup was:

Wheels:
Front 18x8.5 ET 52mm
Rear 18x10 ET 58mm

Spacers: (H&R) HR Spacers

Front 7mm w/52mm extended bolts
Rear 15mm w/60mm extended bolts

Tires:
Front 225/40/18
Rear 285/30/18
