I dont know, im fairly particular about whats not right with my cars.. or rather if its not perfect im not perfectly happy , saying that i'll live with some things on a car this old.

the vibration im getting is through the steering wheel so im fairly sure its the wheel balance, iv got the car booked into a porsche specialist thats offering a free inspection for new customers so i should end up with an idea of just how bad it is in a week or 2.

The Boxes steering is VERY sensitive. Could be tires out of round, wheel balance, rotors etc.

Let us know what you find.

Yeah i noticed it seemed to be able to feel the whole road when driving it.

Changed the rad today, took me 5 hrs ish but seems to be working fine and its all back together.

edit: cleared the leaves and stuff from around both sides, was so much junk i cant see how it kept the engine cool, half a bird down one as well

quick update on my boxster..

had a free inspection at a local porsche specialist today, they spent the morning with it.

Got a list of things from them and if im honest its pretty good news, only major issue is the clutch being low and could use replacing, but considering the age and mileage its not exactly unexpected.

the ignition switch/barrel is falling apart and could use replacement and a cam cover is leaking a bit, the exhaust could use some attention and the RMS looks like it leaked in the past but is dry now.

Seems like the car is pretty solid and its just age and miles. Im happy with it considering what i paid.

Im thinking about replacing the exhaust, do many people run stainless headers and mufflers with standard cats? its what im thinking of doing, can get the headers changed when i have the clutch replaced.
