yellow liquid coming out of the rpassenger rear of the car
 

I was so annoyed today when, because of glare I did not see a curb on a parking lot and went over it through my front left wheel and it seemed like a pretty big shake.

I then park soemwhere on an incline 5min later and this yellowish (nice, almost sweet smelling) oily liquid (antifreeze?)streamed underneath the car. As I looked behind my car I could see liquid tracing my way to the parking spot. I looked undeneath really quickly and saw it dropped a bit.

I headed back home right after and left the car sitting for a few hours (on a flat surface) and it doesn't seem like it has leaked more. Wonder if it is empty, whatever it is. I am kind of freaking out...Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea what it might be, but I have had some yellow liquid drip from my car as well (actually once it oozed out quite fast). I believe that was excess coolant dripping out of the system (that was my mistake, I put in too much coolant and the car didn't enjoy it).

However when I felt the coolant it was much more watery than oily. Coolant is water based so it wouldn't make sense for it to be oily.

Thanks but unfortunately I did not put anything in there recently...My husband though had the great idea to put windshield liquid in the radiator WASSER (water for the radiator) compartment in the back a few weeks back. Dont think it is related though...

On the passenger side rear, the only thing you could have damaged that would ooze some oily fluid (in yellow) is the A/C lines.
The air conditioning lines run down from the engine and under the passenger's doorsill from the rear tire to the front radiators.
They are fairly vulnerable and running over a curb can certainly pinch and break one or both.
The yellow color is probably UV dye for tracing leaks.
You can easily tell if this is the problem by looking under the car immediately in front of the right rear tire. You should see the pinched line and oily discharge.
If your car is lowered and you don't have a way to lift it so that you can check vidsually, lay a mirror on the ground, under the described location and you will see both lines. The damage should be apparent.
If that's the case the damaged line(s) must be replaced and the A/C system needs to be recharged with refrigerant.
If you are using the car, make sure the A/C compressor is off (snowflake on the display) otherwise damage to the compressor will occur.

Coolant is extremely oily to the touch, so if you felt something slippery and sweet smelling, my bet is on it being coolant. Did you check your coolant level?

If you haven't flushed the radiator after putting windshield cleaner in it, I would be afraid to drive the car until that happens.

well my husband was at a gas station/machanic when it happens and because the compartment was pretty full not much went in it..When he saw that that's when he realized he had put it into the wrong spot and asked the mechanic who said it could not do any damage as it wasn't much...That was several weeks ago and it drives fine.

Hmmmm. A little water in the oil or a little sugar in gas are not good for your investment, regardless of quantity. I would err on the side of caution and flush the radiator without delay. A simple chore that could save you caboodles.

I think I'd keep your husband away from the car...

Do flush the coolant system; you'll thank yourself in the long run. Get the car on a lift and have it inspected; don't waste time asking for board opinions.
