Anyone Looking For a Cayman?
It's a 2007 base, but WOW what a price! This is definitely a buyer's mkt.

This is a good price according to Kelley Blue Book but did a quick search on AutoTrader and found tons of Caymans at or below $37K. One as low as $29.9K with 22K mi. Most were in the $34-35 range with 8-10K mi. Kind of mind boggling they could loose almost 40% of their value in less than 2 yrs.

Yeah, I don't think KBB has caught up to what people are paying/selling.

keep in mind most of those are probably frauds. When I was looking a 2007 base under 38K (8 mo. ago) meant that it was a fraud. The one you were posted has since been removed. I was almost discouraged on the number of frauds on CL and Autotrader. One that looked nice I emailed the guy and said that I would like to come see the car, he said that he would only ship the car, I could not pick it up. (Riiiiiggggghhhhhhht).

Must have been some kind of scam. |
Cayman would be a great car if it were less expensive and was a convertible :D

Yeah, meet me in the back alley with unmarked cash.
Or you could wire the sum to a Nigerian bank account... |
I noticed that craig's list is now full of these scams where the price of the car is very low and the car is being held for an escrow deal with PayPal/.
You are supposed to buy it sight unseen and have it shipped to you by the escrow agent with the right to return. Yeah, sure. :chicken: |
