Wheel Setup Advice
 
Hello and Happy Holidays!

Would like if some of you knowledgeable folks could look over my wheel/tire setup prior to purchase.

2000 986 Base

Wheels: (aftermarket)

Front 18x8.5 ET 52mm
Rear 18x10 ET 58mm

Spacers: (H&R)

Front 7mm w/52mm extended bolts
Rear 15mm w/60mm extended bolts

Tires: Sumitomo HTR Z II (Not the best but I drive 2 - 3k a year on street only)

Front 225/40/18
Rear 285/30/18

You should be fine with those numbers. Looks like you did your homework...
We run those tires on the highway and are very good in the rain...when we get some...

How about a follow up to this? How did these wheels work out. I'm looking at the same tire size and spacer size for some Carerra Lightweights for the rear.

They worked out great, no rub issues and the stance looks sweet.
