The owner's manual lists a few tire sizes choices.

A few thoughts.

Does it actually snow in Thailand??

Wheel fashion kinda goes out the window when it snows.

A narrower tire actually provides better traction in the rain and slush. If you are set on 18's a 225/40/18 all around would work well.

17" are often the first choice for winter wheels/tires on a Boxster S. Replacement rubber is about 40% less expensive than 18's and the extra sidewall gives a little more protection from pothole induced wheel damage. Look around and you may find a full set of 17"wheels and tires for the price of 18" tires. Good luck.
