Window adjustment (clockwise \ counterclockwise)
 
On the pic below I have the picture of my driverside windows showing it is 8.07mm from the trim. In the front of the window the glass goes under the trim. I have a airleak right at my ear. I started trying to adjust the window with the adjusting screws in the front and the rear but they dont seem to move it.

On the rear adjustor....how many turns should it take to move it up to the trim? Are those turns cw or ccw?
