Avic F700-BT

Does anyone has this model installed? I see a few board members have Avic D3 installed. Just saw this one online at a pretty decent price, so wondering if anyone can get some feedback on good and bad and which model to go for
Thanks!

Francars,

I have the Avic-F90BT installed in my car and love it. Pioneer just released a firmware upgrade which pretty much eliminated all the bugs the unit had in the past. The only draw back that the unit has right now is that it takes about 30seconds to boot up once the ignition is turn on.

You can read up a lot about the Avic models on www.avic411.com

PS You can had a F90 online for about the price of a F700. The extra 50-100 is worth the price difference. 4volt pre-outputs. iPod cable included(that alone is $30-$50). DVD playback(very very simple to bypass the motion sensor). MSN Direct which gives you movie times weather updates and traffic.

The avic will not disappoint.

James
