doors will not lock ??windows acting funny

I use my remote and the horn beeps twice like it is locked but the doors will not lock ,also they will not lock when I use the switch inside the car the red light used to light up on the lock switch but does not anymore ?also the windows have been acting funny sometimes , they will go all the way up even with the top down ,and somtimes go up or down by themselves ?I do not know if this has anything to do with the locks not working ?

Bad starter (ignition) switch. Do a search, it's been covered many times.

doors will not lock

Thanks I tried locking the car with the key and if you hold the key to the right for a while untill it kicks back by it self the drivers door will lock ,but it will not with the remote or the dash switch or turning it to the right normally but passenger will not lock no matter what you do you may be right a micro switch?

I had the same issue, it was the micro switch in the drivers door.
