Like some of you have said, I keep everything including gas receipts with total mileage, trip mileage, and mpg. All service records (done by year, not mileage). I change the oil yearly between scheduled services and save the crush washer and gasket.

I keep meaning to put this info into a spreadsheet, maybe tomorrow.

I keep the owner's manual in the glovebox because I'm older than many/most of you, and I'm never sure I've memorized anything anymore.

I use docs.google.com to keep track of everything for my cars. I used to use Excel, but I somehow managed to delete both my original and backup of the past 4 years of IS300 maintenance... oops. Dunno how that happened.

For the paper, I need to get a binder. Right now, I think my two service receipts are in the door pocket. The window sticker is in the rear trunk, along with all of the paperwork.
