I have no idea who does this. Is it a young teen? A drunk. An older blue collar guy? Some slobby dreg of society's lower echelon? A body shop owner?

well, I saw a video recently of an average looking middle-aged guy keying a Hummer. Maybe that's what my dad does when he walks the dog early in the morning, he keys people's cars.
