Clutch feel when chnaging gears at high rpms

ts my first manual car since 1988.

Everyng works fine.

One question when changing gears at high rpms 5k to 7k is it normal to feel the clutch pedal a bit tingly or a feeling of the rpms in the pedal when depressing the clutch? (kind of hard to explain) like if its sand

Is this normal?

What is the year of your car?

I have a low mileage 06 and the clutch feels the same regardless of RPM
