Hats off to the 986 Forum!

Hey I just wanted to send a shout out to BruceLee and Rkwei for the 986forum. I know there are few other Boxster forums but they all seemed to have fallen by the wayside for me. This is the only forum I visit frequently now. I've learned so much about my car from all you guys. And when problems arise it's like having my own Porsche consultant on call 24-7. When I do go to the shop I am well informed about what issues are going on and makes me feel a little more secure that I won't get taken advantage of. It's guys like you that make owning a Boxster that much more satisfying. So Cheers!

Tim:
I see you purchased a Robbins top with the defroster. I am thinking about purchasing one. I found one on Ebay for $690.00. Are you pleased? Any problems? Does it look like the original?

Thanks so much. I would visit this forum even if I didn't own it.

So far, very pleased. I've only had it a few weeks. The window is a little smaller and I had to take it back after a couple of weeks to get it adjusted. Best thing is the glass. Not only is it way better than having a plastic window but you can tint it. Does that top include the defroster kit?
