Are my bearings going out?
 

I think I know the answer already, but....

Slow speed turns, more left than right, produces a very quiet grinding noise and a vibration that I can feel in the wheel and pedal. Seems to be coming from the front right more than front left.

Is that a bearing failure? How hard is this to do myself?
