Another Window Regulator....

Did the passenger side (under warranty) last September, driver's side croaked yesterday. Factory warranty ran out last November, so I bought a warranty from Warranty Direct, so this was my first claim with them - no problem. They authorized the repair and I'm only out $100. I also had a small oil leak repaired that was covered, too (cam cover seal? haven't seen the invoice yet...).

Too bad you can't get a warranty on tires . The car came with cheap Nexen N3000's, the rears are shot, fronts not too bad, but I'm getting it fully reshod tomorrow with Goodyear F1 GS-D3's. I have the F1's on my M3 and they've been the best tire I've used - great wet traction, excellent dry traction (just a notch below Pilots), low wear, low noise, and they stay in balance - and about $50 a tire cheaper than Pilots.
