No set screw on 04 S shift knob?

90red Registered User Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: NJ Posts: 33	No set screw on 04 S shift knob? Hello- I am removing my center console on my 04 S, and before I can do so I need to remove my shift knob. The Bentley manual says the base model cars have the shift knob pressed on, but all other models have a set screw (allen screw). I don't see a set screw on mine, so is it safe to just pull it off? Thanks.
