Unhappy Murphy and his law was with me this morning.

I have to get the spoiler put back on the car before I left today which usually is easy. I get it in and notice that I missed snapping in a corner. Grrr. Off it comes again and back on it goes. Okay, now I notice the very corners got chipped somehow. I grap my touchup paint and even though I thought I got the excess off, sure enough a drop lands on the tail light and freshly painted bumper. Ug! I hurry up and wipe it off. Looks fine but in direct sunlight I can see a slight haze now where I wiped. Now I need to re-buff that spot to get rid of it (that's me being picky). Now I go to leave and realize I forgot to install the plastic ends on the spoiler! GRRR! Instead of taking it off again I was able to get them in.

At least the drive in was uneventful. I already need a beer and the day is just getting started.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties – however I figure sometimes it is just better to get all of the crap out of the way right as the day begins – should free you up for a good rest of the day.

I hope your day got better.
