Need help with squeeking noise

New to the forum.
Bought a 2000 Boxster with 30,000 miles. Garage kept. Great condition. (I think). Anyway, when the top is down and I drive over bumps (any size) I hear a squeeking noise behind my drivers seat location. When I get out of the car and press down on the top or car I can't hear the sound. Also, no sound when the top is up. It sounds like the sound is coming from the folded top, but I might me wrong. Any suggestions?

If you have plastic back window rather than glass, it's more than likely the cause. I hear it every now and again also.
