Kelly Fierce UHP tires for 2003 S

I am still shopping for a Boxster in the 2003 to 2005 range, and found a nice 2003 S. It has brand new Kelly Fierce UHP tires (it has 20,500 miles, and I was told these were just installed). They are mounted on 18" Turbo Twist wheels.

I am not familar with this tire at all, but I am hoping that someone here can opine as whether these are decent tires or not. I am in South Florida, so winter performance is NOT a concern, but wet weather performance is. Any insight would be helpful. Since I know that a full new set of tires is a big investment, this could impact the purchase decision. Thanks.

Those are new tires. Not seen on many cars yet. They look like a low cost, high performance tire similar to Hankook and Sumitomo. Probably great for a daily driver. Probably not as sticky as more expensive tires for track days.
