Condensation in one headlight

This morning I noticed a LOT of condensation in the driver's side headlight (litronics)
The car has been standing in the (dry) garage all weekend and we haven't had any rain for the last week or so

Two questions:
a) what's the best way to get the headlight dry again?
b) does anyone have an explanation how this could have happened in the first place?

Thanks

Porsche considers this normal, and has issued 2 TSBs on the subject.

Turn on the headlights and drive the car and it should go away.

Each headlight has a vent that works when the car is moving.
