Hmm Car problem/concern

My baby is having issues-

Sometimes when taking off from first gear the car will start to stutter as if about to stall and i have to give it a little gasor get my rpms up so it doesnt stall =(

Also my back left tire smells like somethings burning not rubber i dont think im going to take it to the shop Monday but if any one has ideas it'd be appreciated im having anxiety attacks lol

Embarrassing as well as concerning! any ideas?
