Boxster SCCA class BSP?
For all those autocrossers out there I found the following thread regarding a move of prepared Boxsters to the BSP class.
http://boxcar-racing.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=11d10967dddcb2057d3b710297aeab 37&topic=613.0 For the life of me I can't find anything in there that supports the class change? The only thing I can find is that in the stock class pre-05' Boxsters (regardless of S or not) are still in AS. I'm looking to put wider than stock rubber (R compounds in 245/17 front and 275/17 rear) and maybe some stress bars and have no idea what class I would fall into? Help? |
I heard a similar rumor before the 2007 season. Haven't seen a change anywhere yet. May want to check sccaforums. Not sure if the 2008 rulebook has been posted yet.

Yes, the 2008 Solo Rules book is available on the SCCA website.
I have not looked at it yet, but I do not think I am running any events with them this year. |
