I bid on this but someone beat me out, waking up at 2 am I guess to outbid me. I didn't really want it badly, and didn't have the cash on hand for this but thought I'd snag it for cheap if I could.

These cost $2,500 or more when they come up on eBay.

Wow! That's a pretty ridiculously low price! I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to those things. Why would they sell it for such a low price? :rolleyes: But it looks like the seller has a decent rating.....

I should have stayed up and won that tool. I could have rented it to my mechanic for $100 a month!

It was worth much more than that, even to turn around and sell it to someone else.

Wow, that's really an incredible price! I wonder if the seller will really let it go that cheap. Some sellers simply back out of the deal if they don't get the price they want. When the guy's in Germany what can you do?

Britwrench got it. He is with an independent service shop in Washington. He has bid against me on other Porsche stuff.
