Exporting a 986 back to Europe

Does anyone know of any issues of exporting a Boxter back to Europe (specifically Netherlands) with me when I leave next year? In particular, doe the US version meet all European emissions regulations (I am assuming that it does)....

I dont think so... I am sure europe and usa have issues. For example to have a car imported frpm usa to uk .. flashers need to be changed and other things.

correct me if i am wrong as i would like to know this also

Contact customs in the Netherlands, I'm sure they have a list of requirements for importing cars.
