New shifter installed
 

Hey heres my new carbon fiber shifter let me say this is one of my best things ive done to my boxster, it look 100000X better then the mushroom and it feels much better to shift with.i reccomend it with anybody with the old shifter

Ive also got a question how haed is it to replace my handbrake? any instructions

I've changed that hand brake....it isn't so bad...but does require complete removal of the center console. Some of the short shift kits have pretty good instructions on how to remove the center console. The hand brake swap is pretty straight forward once you get a look at it. Just be sure to measure the length of the adjustment screw showing before you remove everything so that you can secure the new brake to the same setting (length)

Looks great! installed same shifter on my car. took about 15 mins and does greatly improve interior....bought shifter on e-bay for around 150.00. worth every penny!
