Did you own a Porsche prior to Boxster purchase ??
 

It appears to me that most Boxster owners have not owned a Porsche prior to the purchase of their Boxster. Any truth to that ?

i owned a 86 951. fast as hell, although it was trouble to deal with. I still look at em on the road, and to this day the 968 is still one of my all time favorite porsches (993, 968 and of course the 986!)

The 944Turbo's are pretty damn quick cars. I was visiting a friends shop today and he had a black on black 968 and a black on black 951 in the shop at the same time... My drooly smilie came into effect.

This is my first Porsche. It doesn't take long to grasp why so many speak so highly of these cars.

This is my first Porsche. Fell in love with the brand when i got home as a kid with a 944 catalog that i got at a motor show !
Finally got one !

i had a red 944 turbo it had 377bhp and was awsome! I sold it in 1998 and bought a brand new boxster. I still have this today. I also has a red bmw but i sold that and bought a 2000 bmw cab mpower which is great as it has 4 seats. Plus its also very fast..

lol my next boxster will be red as i love the red boxsters... hopefully i will be getting another one soon to replace the bmw which is an amzing machine also its 355bhp

No I had an 2001 Audi S-4( B-5). Even with the twin turbos( 250 hp 6 speed ) my Boxster S is quicker and a lot more fun to drive. Big weight difference between both cars almost one thousand pounds. I do miss the S-4 when the snow comes around. By the way my S-4 was metallic silver. How strange?

I owned 2 Porsches before by Boxster in California.

One was a 69 911T Semi Automatic and the other was a 69 911SC

My 2004 Boxster is my first new Porsche.

All of them are Guards Red and Black Interior.

I've owned 2 Porsches before the Box. A '73 914 2.0, and an '81 911SC Targa. The '73 914 is the only car I have ever sold that I wouldn't mind having back again.
Hey Bamaboxster, you sure that thang wasn't a '79 SC? The 911SCs were made from '78 to '83.

That pic was taken last year at Mid-Ohio sports car course during a Grand Am weekend. I'm the tall one on the right with the colored hair (a few of us would die our hair green/red/blonde before each event)

GT3RS. We ran the GT class (Grand Am is similar to your European Lemans series)
