Gauge Face Question
I've seen colored gauge faces for the Boxster. I expect they were a factory option. Does anyone know of another source other than the factory?
Thanks for any info. |
Yes, i would also love to know this

(You'll have to scroll down on the left hand side to see the Porsche Boxster gauges) There are probably a lot of places to find gauge faces. IMO, they're all priced about four times more than they're worth. I got my techart faces (silver) for $59 off eBay one morning at 2:45 am on night a couple of years ago. NR Auto is $169 per set. I pulled this site from Excellence magazine, but a lot of others come up in Google searches. Here's another: http://meistergaugefaces.com/html/gaugefaces/996.html |
Try here. Good service and some gauge faces come one sale. Note that the lettering is a little different from the original.

Dude don't change them out unless it's a MUST DO mod for you.
It's too easy to misalign the needles when reinstalling everything. Once you've misaligned them it's over, get ready for a pain in the a55. |
Gauge Faces
Thanks all for replies ... Blinkwatt, will heed your caution. Have changed them out on my Miata following Miata.net advice with no problem, however???
