Are the "S" Calipers Guards Red?
I've got a couple of chips to touch up on my calipers. Are they Guards Red or some other shade?

i wouldn't think its the same type of paint they used on the body of the car is it?

no you cant use body paint on your calipers. You can get some high temp caliper paint (Folia Tec, G2, Dupli-Color) at your local checkers. It wont match perfectly, but for touch ups its good.

You absolutely can use body paint on calipers.

If you already know all of the answers....(even though you are wrong about using standard body paint on calibers which might work temporarily but never hold up long term) then why continue to ask so many questions.

BTW, 7 years of painted calipers with no peeling or discoloration is enough proof for me.

Assume if you have been painting your calibers for 7 years you would know the color by now.... suggest you do a paint sample and compare....might be easier than coming across so arrogant & haughty...
