I must say that I was quite surprised with the performance of that car vs. my Box S. I know that VW has some quite impressive after-market and turbo options including chip upgrades that really can pack a serious sleeper punch. It had no trouble spinning tires, keeping up or with acceleration for the most part. The R32 edition really seemed like one heck of a performance beast.... Anyone ever ran across a modded VW? Looks crazy boxy and all, but one heck of a sleeper.
