To chrome or not to chrome?

you know what....chrome is nice, but not on a boxster.... im not saying that chrome looks bad on a boxster, because you could get a really really nice open rim in chrome with a deep dish and it will look nice no matter what. to chrome the stock rimz will just look cheap in my opinion.

There ought to be a law forbidding chrome wheels on Boxsters (or any Porsche for that matter).

I wouldnt put chrome on my boxster..so i'd vote for NO CHROME, i think it looks a little tacky

no way in hell, paint them black and you will have a bad ass set of wheels.
same wheels in chrome will look like crap, and bring down the overall look and appeal of your car.

but then, at the end of the day, its your car, and you can enhance or make it worse any way you like.

sell your turbo twists and get some of these or the replicas. Paint the calipers red while your at it.



if you want something racier looking that is actually a strong wheel consider these forged wheels which are bullet proof on ****************ty roads and weigh 20 pounds. Forged wheels usually sell for a grand a piece, these are about half that and won't dent like my factory Carreras. I'm considering these below for my summer tires and running the Carreras as my winter wheels.
