P0153 Check light code???

says its a 02 sensor....does it mean it needs changing or cleaning? if it needs changing any diy for this and is it hard to do?? thanks.

Clear the code and see if it returns.... if it's running fine and the check engine light isn't flashing I wouldn't worry about it for now.
