Transmission Shudder on takeoff???

I can't help but notice that if my 986 sits unused for a week or so (not my daily driver) for the 1st few times I start from a stop the transmission shudders quite a bit. But the condition soon goes away. until she sits unused. The feeling is similar to brakes contaminated by oil from a bad bearing seal.

Is it possible that the flywheel has some minor rust forming from sitting and it takes a few clutch releases to "dust off" the surface? Right now I'm not to concerned with it since it goes away. Is there anything I'm overlooking and should be watching for?

I would say Minor rust, if it doesnt shutter the next morning after you drove it.

If it shutters everytime no matter how often you drive it, assuming you drove it all week then i would say the flywheel or pressure plate are warped.
