I must be a cynic because I think everything I see on the internets is fake.

Why didn't it make a single mark/dent on the car?
And with a car so low, it seems like the deer shouldn't fly so high...

Go on YouTube and search for Car VS. Deer. You will seee that an animal that size can potentially salvage a car in a collision like that.
