OldBlevins Registered User Join Date: May 2007 Location: Puget Sound Posts: 176	Non-Windshield Mount Some of my road trips take me in California where it's not legal to have anything mounted on the windshield (like my radar detector or portable GPS nav). Has anyone devised alternate mounts for these? I was thinking of some kind of spring clip that would slide on over the instrument panel cowling, but maybe someone's already come up with a better solution? __________________ - Jim 2000 Boxster S, Speed Yellow, Michelin AS/3 tires, 60,000 miles... ... and climbing.
