Pinning E-Brake Cable

To avoid rubbing on my 10" rears, I need to pull the e-brake away from the wheels. No matter what fashion of tie downs I use, they all seem to slip down the trailing arm and let the e-brake move back to its original location. Most of the ideas I have to solve this don't seem very elegant. I know others on the forum have done this, so I'm looking for suggestions. Thx in advance.

There is a Porsche sold suspension clip for the hand brake cable when you put on 10" wheels.

Never seen it. Most guys use wire to pull the cable away from the wheel
