Front Headlight Amber lights

Quick question:

Are these front amber lights bulbs supposed to be ON when the parking lights come on? Or do they only FLASH with the turn signals and hazards?

Mine are not ON solid ever. They do properly flash when needed for the turn signal or the hazards though.

They're only supposed to go on when your hazards are on or when you put on the turn signal. The side marker lights are supposed to be on all the time once you turn on your headlights.
