Parts for damaged top retraction mechanism

Over the weekend, I jumped in the car and began to lower the top. Unbeknownst to me, the passenger's side mechanism locked up on something and didn't raise. Well, the driver's side did. What I have is a broken bracket (driver's side) and a snapped red plastic "ball joint"??? I need to replace these pieces. There is no dealer nearby, so if someone could suggest an online retailer and perhaps let me know what these pieces are called in porsche nomenclature? Thanks for any help!

I broke the same parts and i think that you may have a larger problem. When i tried to raise my top the driver would not go up but the passenger did, which would mean that the top is out of sinc, this fix was just over $800.00. I hope that you don't have the same problem.
Good luck

$800 - yikes!

When I did the repairs, I wasn't able to get the transmissions in sync when I reinstalled them. The way I solved that was by running only one side (left one cable not connected to the motor), and played with the raise/lower top switch until the clamshell brackets were level with each other. Easy.

So, is the broken bracket and plastic joint from your prior repair?:p
