Advice on Supersprint Exhaust & Engine Light Issue

Couple shops convinced me to go with Supersprint on a sports system, but I am reading conflicting advice with regards to the Engine Light. Does anyone have any comment on these??? Thanks a lot...

(1) Everyone says: 987 Boxster S has 2 cats, one in the Headers and 2nd Cat between the headers and the muffler. There are 2 engine sensors, one is inside the Header's Cat, and the second sensor inside the 2nd Cat.

(2) Fabspeed says its best to replace the system Headers-back -> with sports muffler and no 2nd Cat altogether. Wont affect engine light, wont affect performance (ok fine but we just throw away the sensor?)

(3) My garage says its best to replace JUST the sports muffler and not touch the 2nd Cat. It will affect low and high speed RPMs readings and "thinking" of the engine.
